Trafford Elementary School’s plans for a new playground moved closer to reality after the “Lucky Strike” fundraiser held at Lokay Lanes on Sunday, March 17. Lokay Lanes donated a portion of the event’s proceeds to the school’s playground fund, and prize lunches were donated by Chick-fil-A (Greensburg) for the two classrooms whose teachers bowled the best scores (Mrs. Zombek and Mrs. Miller).
$500 was raised at the event; $350 from Lokay lanes and $150 in cash donations.
